L&J Constructors, Inc. (LJC) offers construction management services and provides clients the benefit of over 20
years of construction and real estate industry experience. LJC handles the project from inception through design
and development to ensure on-time and on-budget construction completion. We strive to innovate and pursue
sustainable construction through the utilization of green building techniques while maintaining cost effective
approaches. LJC is committed to providing clients with solutions to achieve their goal to deliver high quality
housing developments. To date, we’ve provided services to clients throughout the state of Kentucky, including:
Nichols Meadows Apartments, Cumberland Hope Community Center, Taylor County Community Hope and
Downtown Scholar House.
