The firm’s extensive areas of practice encompass personal injury, business and commercial litigation, criminal law, and governmental relations and strategies. The general partners of The Green Firm are Judge Hilary Harmon Green, a seasoned trial attorney, mediator and Presiding Judge of Harris County Justice of the Peace Court, Precinct 7, Place 1 and Ronald C. Green, also a seasoned trial attorney, mediator and the elected Houston City Controller and former at-large member of the Houston City Council. Both partners are licensed by the state of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Additionally, Ronald C. Green is licensed by the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Ronald Green serves as the firm’s managing partner.
Michael C. Lactson serves as an associate of the firm and practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense and governmental relations. Lorin R. George, a former prosecutor and insurance and personal injury litigator, serves as Of Counsel to the firm.
