Gerrish McCreary Smith Consultants and Attorneys is a national leader in assisting community banks, thrifts, credit unions, and their respective holding companies in a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, going private transactions, stock and mutual holding company formations, credit union to bank conversions, and Subchapter S reorganizations as well as capital raising through common stock private placements and the issuance of trust preferred securities.
